Brothers in Armchairs (Marcelo Moraes, June 8th 2009)
Nowadays, our home is a fortress, where everything is as clean as we like, and has its rightful place. Or is it? If we live with another person, conflict may arise. Which ornament gets the spotlight? How clean is clean enough? One might find the other an excessive tidier. Learning to leave clothes on the floor overnight might help to ease the stress. If the other person moves objects just a little bit everyday, the neat one might learn that complete control is impossible and unnecessary. Decoration can be decided peacefully. All is needed is the will to discuss and reach an agreement.
