His friend said that "drawing by letters" was wrong and that "drawing WITH letters" was the correct phrase. He replied that he knew that but was willing to run the risk of having that part of his body of drawing filed under "poetry" somewhere. He added that John Jail was an example with his unusual lectures. He then grabbed his keyboard and went on drawing.
