We saw some of the museums and the amazing view from the top of the Gran Torre Santiago, as the Costanera Center Torre 2 is better known. The observation deck is in floors 61 and 62. Santiago looks a bit like Sampa would be if it were much safer (...) The best part of visiting Santiago for me was seeing the Alexander Calder room at Museo Ralli (...)
