- People talk about traffic chaos in Rio de Janeiro, but I saw something very impressive these days! There's a traffic light broken on a corner not far from my place. It's been like that for some days. The lights are completely off in one direction, but the cars coming from that direction are simply using the pedestrian light as a guide, so they are RESPECTING the red light!
